Lauren is a passionate Sports Massage Therapist with over three years of experience helping people move better, feel stronger, and get back to doing what they love. Whether you’re an athlete looking to improve performance, recovering from an injury, or simply dealing with everyday aches and pains, Lauren is here to help you achieve your goals.
Lauren is currently near the end of her 4 year Master’s degree in Osteopathy, allowing her to build on her hands-on experience with an even deeper understanding of how the body works. This means she takes a whole-body approach to treatment, focusing not just on relieving pain but on finding the root cause and supporting long-term recovery.
Lauren believes no two people are the same, so every treatment is tailored to your individual needs. Her aim is to create a friendly, supportive environment where you feel listened to and leave each session feeling better than when you arrived.

Lizzie is a qualified and insured Foot Health Practitioner. After graduating from the SMAE institute she earned her Level 4 diploma in Foot Health and became a certified member of The British Association of Foot Health Professionals. Since then she has set up as an independent practitioner where she loves to further her skills and knowledge and has recently completed CPD courses in Dermatology and Orthotics.
